We are always prepared to exchange goods in the unlikely event any goods are defective or damaged. Goods are covered by a 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated). See our terms and conditions for full details.

Written authorisation for the return of defective or damaged goods must first be obtained from our Customer Sales Department by email. The relevant email address is: 

All returns require a Returns Number (RMA) which is issued by us. Please ensure this is clearly identified on a returns label or the external packaging and internal documentation when the goods are returned 

Please also ensure no markings are made on the product or product packaging. The internal documentation should include proof of purchase, the returned product must be complete, and in ‘as new’ condition with original packaging. Any goods returned in used or defaced condition will be either returned back to the customer or it will incur a 25% restocking fee.

The customer must take all reasonable care to ensure that all returned items be suitably packaged, and that the goods are protected when being returned. The customer must provide us with proof of despatch and a shipping tracking number for the returned goods.

All returns must be received by us within 14 days of the Returns Number being issued and any goods received after that period will be dealt with on an individual basis. See our full terms and conditions.
